you have not given us your emergency numbers, please do so.
In order for us to reach you in case of an emergency, we
need to have more than your home number.
Fingerprints must
be cleared through the Diocese in order for you to work with
children. This includes attending field trips,
birthday parties, and class events. If you have not
had your fingerprints done, please stop by the office for
the required form which you will need to take with you.
Please remember the shoe policy
when you are purchasing shoes for your child - only red,
black, gray or white shoes may be worn. Shoes may have
a combination of those colors
All uniforms, including sweatshirts and jackets, must be
purchased from Dennis Uniform Co. only.

Morning prayer, over the intercom, will start promptly at
7:50 A.M. Minimum day dismissal hours are 12:00.
Please Remember
that the front parking lot between the church and the old
hall is for church personnel and parishioners attending Mass
in the morning. Therefore, NO DROPPING OFF or PICKING
UP of students is permitted in this area during the school
day. Please use the Telephone Ave. entrance. Cell phone use while driving in the parking lot is
prohibited.
Our message machine is on 24 hours a day. If your
child is absent, please call the office before 8:00 a.m. and
let us know. Send a note to your teacher upon your
child's return. Homework requests must be called in by 8:00
a.m.
